Juniors' 08 Promenade: Frozen In Time
Sunday, February 10, 2008 3:07 PM

"The sight of her beauty mesmerized him;
Her aura radiates where it was once dim.

His sweet tender voice speaks gently, "Be Mine".
They both fall in love, FROZEN IN TIME."

~

OMG. I had super fun last night during the Prom. Truly, the best night of my life :)
Our theme was "Frozen In Time" with the theme song "So Close" by Jon McLaughlin (OST: Enchanted)
Held at The Renaissance Hotel, Makati.
6pm-12mn
LOVE.

Morning.
I woke up at 7am to have my nails done. I had it done at home (home-service) by my mom's most trusted nail-person (what do you call them?) I was reading Twilight and I ended up at chapter 5. Hahaha! My nails were done at about 10 am. I had to go to the salon at 1pm, so I just passed time by reading some more, then I went online only to find out that nobody's online. Hahaha. I had pink nails :D

Afternoon.
I had lunch at home, then I went to the salon at 1pm. I had my hair curled, cause I was wearing a pretty headband with I don't know what rocks it had. They couldn't be diamonds, so either they were unreal diamonds or rhinestones. Hahahaha whatever. Then I had my makeup done, then I went back home to dress up.

Evening.
Thor was already at the Renaissance Hotel, waiting for me. So I told him what my car was, so that he could know which car to open once I get there. Haha. He helped me get down my car, and said hi to my parents, and we hung out at the lobby for a while after registering. Ronnie and Isma came, so we all just stood there, talking, taking pictures and laughing, etc. Then the entrance was made, and we all sat down our tables. Opening prayer, speeches, Cotillion, etc etc. Then they served FOOD. The food was super delicious! I couldn't help but finish my plates. XD

Night.
Took a lot of pictures with a lot of different people. I didn't bring any camera, only my phone, so I had only a few pics. They opened the dance floor, but I was outside the grand ballroom with Ronnie, Isma, Thor and some other people for the pictorials. So we had our pictures taken, then we went back in after that. Thor and I danced already, and so did Isma and Ronnie. I enjoyed dancing :) Thor was my first and last dance, and also the inbetween dances. Nyahaha. During the upbeat dances, I mostly danced with Thor, and 3A! Hell yeah it was fun! "Apple bottom jeans, boots with furrr, the whole club looking at her, she hit the flo', next thing you know shorty got low low low low low low low low low!" Hahaha! XD The whole batch was singing when they played this! Super fun man, people did get low :)) I couldn't even believe what I was doing on the dance floor. Ronnie and I danced like crazy, then I joined in some 3A people and we were all cheering for Garci. Haha, he dances like woah. Hahahahaha! Ronnie and Isma, I think, were in the dance floor the whole night. Haha! I went to the table from time to time to rest my poor feet which got STOMPED on by other pointy heels from dancing *o* The night was really fun. The dance floor was super crowded, especially during the slow dances. Hahaha.

Eventually, it had to end. We all sat back down and they gave us the souvenirs, from The Bead Shop. A necklace (for both the men and women) with a Dolphin that was filled with some blue liquid thinggy, then inside, a grain of rice with the words "Juniors' Prom 08." It was super cute! Hahahaha! Then they closed the event.

We hung out for a while in the lobby. I met Thor's mom, then my dad came to drive me home.

Prom Night was the best.
Pictures at my Mutiply, but it's for my contacts only, so, goodluck. Haha.

Brain Salad
Tuesday, September 04, 2007 8:45 PM

Bitin. It's always like that (well, ok, so not always, but most of the time. Usually. Most likely. Blah.) When we eat our favorite dish, when we watch a super wonderful movie, recess time, when we gossip during class hours, or when we finally find someone we actually like, only to find out that it's just not going to be YOU. It's like, we enjoy it so much, the feeling, the moment, then when it's gone, everything goes too. It becomes a quiet desperation, then it burns us down, until we finally accept that it's over, or that it's just not going to happen. Dissatisfaction. It's really crazy.

Jealousy. Oh that. We all know that, and as much as we hate it, it comes, it happens, and it completely takes over us. It tears us apart, even with the knowledge of the fact that it's just an emotion that we can completely ignore. Fervid as a flame, does it have name? Loathing.

Irritation. Over something rather stupid? Really shallow. But can you avoid it? No.

I don't know wtf came over me, why I typed in those stuff. Haha, let's just say I think too much. I think I'm going through a lot lately. No, I am going through a lot lately. It's my problem, my friends' problems, and all that crap that gets in between.

I need a break. I need... I need a clue, on what to do.
I guess we all get confused sometimes when we over-think.
Have I been a good friend?
Have I been honest to my self? To my feelings?
Have I studied well enough?
Did I print the project due tomorrow?
Have I skipped eating just because I lost my appetite?
It's so... Crazy.
There's this war inside my head.

:: Oh, I am so addicted to progressive rock now.
I've been listening to these stuff some time ago, but the addiction only struck now.
Hahaha {random?}

:: I LOVE ACHIEVEMENTS. After sweating all that sweat, and pouring out all that blood, it just feels good to know that you did it. I think I got better in my stupid guitar-ing :)) I can finally play Tattooed On My Mind (oh that is such a big deal for me) LOL. And then wasting all that ink and liquid eraser just to fix some school stuff. Haha!

To my friends, the best ones in the world ♥
Wednesday, August 22, 2007 5:45 PM

Today is Friendship Day (well, in my school it is), and we celebrated it by having our CLE and Science periodical exams, killing ourselves (well, i think) with the computations on the average atomic mass crap. Kidding. Well we did have that, but we really celebrated friendship day afterwards :)

Well, it was just like before. We gave letters rather than gifts (but yes of course, a lot of them still gave tiny presents, mostly chocolates) because of I-don't-exactly-know how many reasons, but my reasons are that I'm trying to save money, and that I just wanted to give them something that will really leave an impact on the person (as if my letters did just that xD). I think a handwritten letter (which made my hand super duper SORE) is the best gift. I dunno, I think I wrote... more or less 30 letters. Oh just imagine staying up late at night, with pieces of paper all around you, writing letters, thinking of something original and witty to write, feeling really heavy around the eyes, and your hand buzzing. As in literally buzzing (like, the buzzing on Y!M). I remember trying to stretch my hand after writing all those letters, and squinting from all the pain, as if your hand were a pencil on a pencil sharpener. Oh the pain of it all. Anyway, enough about my hand, I wrote those letters from the bottom of my heart (though, I have to admit it, a few of them contained almost the same message). Then I had to fold, fold, fold, then tape, tape, tape. I only enveloped 4 letters though. I used this pretty shiny purple envelope. Hahaha. But I guess all of that trouble was worth it, seeing my friends receiving the letters, then seeing them smile and say thank you and then they'd get all hyper. Haha! It's the thought that counts, I guess, no matter how ugly your handwriting has become after writing a lot, and how unruly you've ripped the paper apart (well, in my case. I used construction paper, then ripped them into equal pieces for more pieces of paper. But mind you, I rip paper quite well. HAHA. lol)

I got a few gifts. A fan, a bracelet-slash-watch, chocolates, and a chocnut. I received mostly letters. I got about, yeah, more or less 30 also. Haha! It felt really good, because our classmates were distributing the letters around, and I kept on hearing my name. I felt really... friendly. Ngek. Hahaha! 30's not really a big number, but knowing that I have at least 30 people who bothered shredding their own hands for me really meant a lot ;)

Bryanboy did it. Bianca Gonazales followed, and Niknok too.
Now it's my turn! LOL. Here's my open letter to someone
not that famous (lol) but someone very important as well :)

ah, and the letter I wrote to Ronnie.
pure torture man! LOL :P

FRIENDS will always be LOVE.
