May 31. first day of the 2 day outreach, organized by UNICEF and this Child Hope (orphanage) thingy. well as usual, i went there with Joanne, Kim, Kakay, Tintin and Kat plus some other UNICEF people. we went to Avilon Zoo for this day. the zoo is not really my type of place, but what can i do. hehe. then we met the children. then we were divided into 2 groups then we roamed around the zoo. pretty boring if you ask me (and hot!). the only fun part was seeing the cute feret cats (spell?), this big fish (really big fish, being fed with icky, bloody, raw chicken head), and the tigers, who were super duper kawaii, plus Kat, Kim, Tintin, Joanne and I becoming cam-whores again. haha. then lunch. we sat with the kids our age (and to my surprise, some of them were older than us, but they looked so... younger.) and we tried to communicate with them which we successfully did. we talked, asked questions, and played a few games. in fact, our table was the only "active" table... since the others were just... talking. haha! that's what you get when you add Patty, Kim, Kakay Joanne, Kat and Tintin + hyper kids. haha! yeah. then we went home at around 3 pm, just soundtripping and singin in the van. when we got back to RCBC plaza, tumambay lang kami sa Starbucks, then went to the 30th floor. Tintin left already then Kim, Kat Joanne and I just bummed around the free computers. Kim and I were just watching videos in YouTube, while Joanne and Kat were doing something else on another computer. haha! yeah, then we went home na.
June 1. second day of the outreach. but this was more like a workshop. held in CCP (Cultural Center of the Philippines). this will be the second time i've joined a workshop here, but the first time to do it with the orphan people. Tintin didn't join us this time. i think she had to go somewhere. so yeah. we were divided again into 2 groups, this time, by age. so our group did this theater workshop first. so i guess you understand what the word theater means huh. it was fun. i mean, i actually enjoyed it. haha! i didn't get to be on on of the plays, coz i was the stupid useless sound effects person. haha. let the inexperienced children go. haha! yeah. then we had lunch. then we went inside CCP's main theater - the big one. and we went inside the highest floor. OMG. it was so freaky. nakakalula! it was so... high! haha! i felt like i was walking sideways and evetually fall down, down, down and die. haha! grabe. it's was so nakakalula. haha! then we walked back to this place where we were doing our activities and continued the play.
then after that, we had this art workshop naman. well, it was Kuya Buddy again. hahaha! we did this thingy with the felt paper + oil pastel again (which we did last summer) and i drew a vase this time, but the shadow got so fucked up. haha. so yeah, it looked really cool, except for the shadow. >.<
then we did this bracelet/anklet thingy. hahah! then we did some beadwork. i did an anklet. whee! haha! yeah, then we ate turon, had a short pictorial and then we said our goodbyes. haha! then on the van, ganun pa rin. soundtrip and singing. haha! then we made tambay na naman sa RCBC for a short while then we all left na. haha! i was super tired once i got home. haha!

haha! i updated my links column. i deleted one link and added a few to the link exchange part. yay! hahahaha! oh yeah. when i woke this morning, i had 8 ant bites on my leg! grrr! i don't know where the ants came from. but i woke up and saw 2 biting me. ggrrraaarrrghh! hahaha!
